I’m a UX and product design leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategy and execution across mobile, web, and TV platforms. My background spans startups to enterprise, including Apple, Microsoft, and AT&T, where I’ve led high-impact work in FinTech, Education, Health, Compliance, eCommerce, and Consumer Tech.


I’ve co-founded three companies, built multiple products from 0, and managed design teams through hiring, growth, mentorship, and roadmap delivery. My track record includes launching apps with millions of users, scaling design systems, and leading cross-functional initiatives that directly improved business performance.


I lead with a systems-thinking mindset and a high bar for quality across the entire product lifecycle. My approach is grounded in inclusive design, continuous feedback loops, and operational rigor, from research and prototyping to implementation and governance.

Life was the first mobile app to let users create and track custom health metrics tailored to their unique goals. With over 22 million downloads and 500k DAU, it helped people around the world build habits, monitor progress, and gain insight into their overall well-being.

One is the evolution of Life, designed to give women a unified, intuitive way to manage their health. It brings together cycle tracking, fertility, pregnancy, symptoms, mood, nutrition, intimacy, and appointments into one clear and responsive experience. Every detail is built to support well-being through simplicity, flexibility, and ease of use.

The AT&T Digital Guide was created to support new call center agents during onboarding by reducing confusion, increasing retention, and improving confidence on the floor. I led the UX design for a responsive web app focused on surfacing relevant information quickly, minimizing cognitive load, and streamlining the learning curve. The tool was built to scale across teams and reduce early attrition through a more supportive, user-centered experience.

Following the AT&T and DirecTV merger, I was brought in to lead the redesign of DirecTV’s mobile apps and recover a failing user experience. I managed the product design team, defined the roadmap, and led a full redesign that raised the App Store rating from 1.3 to 4.6 in under a year. The work focused on improving reliability, accessibility, and core user flows to increase engagement and retention.

The U-verse Next Generation TV experience was a strategic redesign driven by evolving consumer expectations and an FCC requirement. I led design efforts across set-top box, mobile, and IPTV platforms, partnering with internal teams and agencies like Frog to modernize the interface, unify the ecosystem, and improve accessibility. The work laid the foundation for future innovation across the U-verse platform.
